To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Some aspects of the service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store credit card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
In no event shall Let Me Know, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
